Rick Mateo is our Diabetes Educator (CDE) and Clinical Nurse at the Astell with more than 20 years experience working within General Practice. He speaks Tagalog fluently and is adept at personalising his dietary recommendations to suit a patient’s health needs, lifestyle and cultural background.
